Timeframe
We accept exchange or return requests within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Conditions
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags, and in its original condition.
- As products with natural dyes, slight color variations between batches and photographs are part of their artisanal value and are not considered defects.

Refunds
Once the piece is received and inspected, we process the refund to the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a defect or our error.
Custom Pieces
Personalized or custom-made orders are not eligible for return.
